The Mind and Body Working Together

If you say it mean it and stick to it. Sometimes you have to repeat words/quotes/ statements two and three times back to back so you know you mean it. You want it to stick! You want to take yourself serious. You want to believe in yourself!

You’ve ever been in a situation where you are talking to yourself because you want to change your life? No (Stop lying to yourself). I have and I’ve realized I can’t just say I’m ready for change. I have to say “I am ready for change. I am ready for change. I am ready for change!” Of course I have to put action behind the words I’m repeating but saying it multiple times seems to help my brain cells to team up and force my body to make the change.

I’m no psychologist but I’ve helped myself a time or two! It’s like training someone to learn something new. You’ll tell them do something this way once and they don’t get it right. You go back tell them do it this way, do it this way, do it this way. Then they get it right. For some reason after being yelled at multiple times we as humans start to grasp the context of things a lot better. Maybe it’s because we are hard headed my nature. Maybe it’s because our mind and body can’t communicate, like most humans 😅. Either way try it. You don’t have to look in the mirror or anything like that. If you tell yourself you are going to do something you need done. Say whatever it is at least three times back to back and watch how fast your body is going to react. The human body is amazing. You have to try a thing or two to learn a thing or two.
