What’s for Dinner?

Do you get tired of eating the same 5 meals every week? Are you looking for an alternative pasta dinner? Did you stumble upon this post looking something to eat? If you answered yes to any of those 3 questions I have a quick and easy meal that the whole family can enjoy!

STUFFED SHELLS! I’m literally screaming this meal into your kitchen and onto your plate. Haha 😂 but seriously. My sister fed me this meal and now I’m making it anytime I have a taste for lasagna but not in the mood for layering noodles. What you will need is jumbo shell noodles, ground beef, cream cheese, pasta sauce, a tablespoon of tomato paste and shredded cheese. Oh and some chopped green peppers and onions.

You’ll need to cook your chopped peppers and onions. Add the ground beef (don’t forget to season your meat), drain it. Once you do that add the tomato paste and pasta sauce to the mix. Cook your pasta until al dente, drain, add cream cheese to the bottom of the noodle, put the meat mixture on top of that and add your shredded cheese to the top. You’ll want to put it in your prepreheated oven for 5-8 mins. Try it I bet you and the whole family will LOVE it oldest to youngest.
